I. The 'Re-Ban' of the Sat
Server hoster Benjamin has posted a vote regarding the return of former criminal Satguna30 to the server. Not just majority, but ALL players have voted to ban the criminal from the server again. It seems that Satguna won't be seen for quite some time after this vote.

II. Confusion dispersed!
For quite some time, players have been wondering over the fact of Satguna logging into NA3.1. Fear not, the questions have been answered, the conflict- solved. The player who gave access to Satguna is now found. He admitted his actions himself to server owner Nikorasu and gave his statement about his unknowns about Satguna. The player, however, in respect to his innocence, will not be announced to everyone in the group. But be proud people, this player has shown good in himself- honesty, courage and the admittance of his fault. This gives a good image to follow for everyone in the group. Please follow his deeds to create a better community in Minecraft! Ganbatte!

I. Server on hold
Neon Advent 3.1 has been deserted due to the many arousing problems in the server. Disappearing blocks and entities have led players to a frustration in replacing their missing objects.

II. Tons of applicants, only a handful selected
Many players have been asking Server owner Nick for their participation in the new server for the development of NA4. However, Nick only hand picked a few he truly trusted while the other applicants have not received any acknowledgement of their pledge.

III. Desertion
Since the fall of NA3.1, quite a number of players have opened up their own sub-servers on the group page. Players who are really bored are suggested to join the servers in case of the 'desperation sickness'.

IV. Truth? Aaron?
Yesterday at night, player destructer05 aka Aaron Yap has reported that someone intendedly took his possessions. The Guildmaster reported saying that the chests in Aaron's home went missing and the items were on the ground. He replaced the chests and put whatever items that are obtainable back in the respective chests. The Guildmaster couldn't explain how this happened, and during the time he was in the server, there wasn't anyone else but him while he checked on Aaron's house for any suspicious items.

I. Back in Action!
[The Daily Mine] is now back in work as user falconhy111 was given permission as editor. Need the contribution and suggestions on the newsletter so that it can reach greater heights. Vouch for us!

II. Announcement of NEON ADVENT 4.0
Server owner Nikorasu_Chan has posted many announcements on the future NA4 due to multiple problems in NA3. The server owner has promised better economy system, better structures, more plugins, jobs and much more to be unravelled...... not forgetting new ideas such as Neon Advent Warzone Plugin and the introduction of themes in the server (Steampunk and such). In response to the themes, player bjsoong has volunteered on Steampunk mechanics. Everyone give him your support!

III. Hand over of Server hoster
Server owner Nikorasu_Chan had handed over the hosting of the server to T3CH0G (Benjamin). Please respect the new server master, and help him become a great master like Nick!

IV. New lawyer and judge
Since Nick would be working on the future of NA, player natalie1998 has volunteered as lawyer, while Admin swat_960723 declared himself temporary judge in Nick's place.

V. Colosseum 1.0
Guildmaster falconhy111 introduced a new arena for players to participate in:
It consists of rounds of mob battling, with some extra features such as RANDOMOB and Warnings to spice up the action. Players can only enter when there is a matching, or they will get stuck in the lobby. Items may be sponsored during matching, but only low-quality items.

VI. Missing Blocks
From time to time rarely, random blocks unknowingly disappear and this has left players in much confusion. Admin swat_960723 suggested that this is due to the fault in plugins, or endermen. Endermen had been proven wrong by player falconhy111, as obsidian blocks along with cobwebs start disappearing as well. Current server hoster T3CH0G is now looking through errors in the world.

VII. The return of Sat
 Well-known griefer and spammer satguna30 has been invited by a player into NA3. To those around him, please pay close attention to his actions and patterns, to ensure that he is a changed player. Report immediately to the guild or admins at once if there are any suspicious actions caused by him. Players are also advised to do the same to player destructor05.

The cash flow in the server is seemingly low. It is suggested that it is due to the low demands of players since the job kits arrived.

1. HEADLINE : NEON ADVENT MONSTER APOCALYPSE !
               Players went to arms as zombies , skeletons , creepers and spiders swarmed into Neon Advent 3.1 . The swarming of monsters was triggered by the plugin introduced to the server by admin Nikorasu_Chan. Players went to arms, arming themselves with armor provided by the administration along with swords , bows and arrows! Players were challenged to the max in their survival skill and also strategy skills. Players built towers and defensive lines along major choke points of the town. This infrastructures served their purposes, trapping monsters and killing them. Special designs of walls were set up to overcome the creeping spiders as their known traits of climbing over structures made it impossible for players to block them. This incident was a planned occasion according to server admin Nikorasu Chan, stating that it was a sneak preview of one of the upcoming server attractions " ZOMBIE TOWN" and also to plant interests in players towards the server, once again proving the efficiency and creativity of the server admin. Screenshots would be posted shortly.

2. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ISAAC
             Neon Advent 3.1 celebrates as it is the day of Isaac's birthday. As one of Neon Advent's loyal and active players, he had been given a celebration by all the players. And once again Isaac, Happy birthday from "The Daily Mine" , and from the administration, and players!

3. MONEY SCAM !

            Who said scandal isn't everywhere. Earlier yesterday, Admin Nikorasu_Chan had detected a suspicious transaction made by player Natalie1998. This had provoked discussion among the players. The scam had caught the attention of the administration. Earlier from the incident, player Natalie1998 had a sudden rise in the financial ranking. From the place of No.7 all the way to the top 3. This had brought up much questions about the source of the money. Natalie1998 responded that the individual had been selling cobblestone, sugar , and also note blocks.  This aroused the curiosity of the admin and had started an investigation. After a brief lookthrough of the log, Nikorasu_Chan had detected several mysterious transactions made by Natalie1998. The transactions are stated below:

The detection of the scam led to a fine by the administration, however the amount was not stated due to security reasons. The detection of the scam also led to the decrease in money of Natalie1998's sibling meganyap2000.

1. Security flaw in apartment
           

     An attack on a player earlier today left players in shock, where newly joined  player (meganyap2000) was attacked by a spider in the apartment lobby. The apartment lobby, which was guarded by 8 iron golems , presented its flaws in security when a spider was actually allowed to spawn and attack player in the ground floor. This poses a security threat towards players living in the apartment. The managing party of the apartment refused to leave any comments on the situation, only to be left with a statement guarantying that the incident will be taken into account and will not be taken lightly. New security measures had been planned but yet to be executed. Compensation on the incident had yet to be requested, but the managing party of the apartment is still open for any compensation on the situation if requested.  The incident had raised the need for tighter security inside buildings, ensuring the safety of players. The server administration had not been asked to take any responsibilities by the managing party of the apartment, due to the incident being the flaw of the privatized management of the apartment and liberty from administration control.

2. Neon Advent 3.1 Almost Hitting 50 players!

        From recent tallying of the minecraft page, the page had almost to hit 50 players! Having just 1 more to go! This had proven the astounding success by admins of the page Nikorasu Chan (Nicholas Chan) and also Amir Arshad. The two admins had made the page a success thanks to Nikorasu Chan's astounding skills in managing, programming and innovation of ideas in creating the servers, leaving players contented when playing in the server. The server introduces newly introduced systems, the first in many minecraft server's world-wide! This includes economic systems which includes taxation, rental, shares, currency and much-much more!. The server also introduced Newsletters to help players (old or new) to catch up on news of the server. The great sensation of the server carries a sense of satisfaction to players playing the server, also being educational in the point of financial planning, development and much more.

3. Neon Advent 3.1 Introduces New Tax System!!! ( *IMPORTANT)

      The recent analysis of administrators have brought to a conclusion that the server needing to provide a better taxation system. The conclusion was made after analysing the different factors. With the current taxation system which only covers 3 aspects (Businesses=N300/each, Housing(Apartment)=N100/each, Farming=N100/each) had proven insufficient and is being exploited by players for a good financial growth. The old taxation policy had been introduced for the sole purpose of getting an economic drive in the server had shown effects. New taxation acts had been planned and are to be announced tomorrow or by Friday. The new taxation system will commence on this FRIDAY (22/8/2012). The new policy would be able to provide a fair taxation system evenly distributed to fit all players of different financial statuses. 

4. Plans for Neon Advent 3.1 REVEALED

        Server Admin ( Nikorasu_Chan ) had revealed plans for the commencement of construction of the server's main attraction , which is PvP War Zone Survival Maps. The war zone maps promises more fun and excitement than ever before. The PvP War Zone would commence construction once Voxel Sniper updates or maybe before that . The plugin would speed up construction and the construction of the war zone maps have to be quick to be able to attract more players into the server, kicking up economy and attention towards the server. The following are the few plans of Neon Advent 3.1 , more are yet to come! :

- Floating Island v2 (Team Deathmatch)

- War of Redstonians (Team Deathmatch)

- Ninja vs Warrior (Capture the Flag)

5. Young Writers Showing True Talent, NABookCon2012

        The server, after a few weeks had brought up young talents. Young novelists had mustered all their creativity and producing exciting and thrilling books. This proves that young minds have potential in the world of literature. This is a stepping stone for writers to start their writing careers in their future and display their true talents to the world. The book launching would be held when a third book is introduced. The two novelists that pioneered the writing industry into the server : bjsoong and Natalie1998. A third is pending on request : myap2328.  A post by the admin on NABookCon2012 " NABookCon 2012 will be held shortly as our story writers has already released two books on the bookstore. The event will be hosted by Tyler Ngu, the storekeeper for the bookstore itself. The event will start as soon as 3 books are available". So be thrilled and start shopping for books at TheOrdinaryBookstore at Neon Advent 3.1 Complex! According to admin Nikorasu_Chan, the Book Convention will be held next Friday!

3. Shops showing progress, player grabbing opportunities to open up new shops! After just a few weeks of the commencement of Neon Advent 3.0 and heading into Neon Advent 3.1, shops are starting to occupy empty lots in the Neon Advent 3.1 . Players are taking interest into business ownership, giving them basic business experience to help them improve in the future.

1. Server Overhaul
             Admin (Nikorasu_Chan) had taken into his own hands to configure the server.  He had started to build the server configurations and programming into his own hands, dedicated to improve the server to its very best. He had introduced different functions and abilities to players in the server. A few sneak preview includes Title Setting , Performance Enhancing, Anti-Lagging,  Neon Signs and much more to come. The server had its first test run yesterday, giving players a chance to have a sneak preview on the programming. Hopefully, it will be better than other plugins. We are proud to actually say that we have the BEST programming Server Master ever! Congratulations Nikorasu_Chan!

2. Server Down for a Few Days
            The admin announced a short break of the server for a period of two to three days. This starts from ( 6.00 pm,18/8/2012 ) to Monday. Admin Nikorasu_Chan had personal plans on these days, a vacation. Although the details aren't quite clear, but we hope that players will understand. The server will resume on Monday or Tuesday. Have a safe trip and Selamat Hari Raya.

3. Financial Crisis
           Player myap2328 had his first financial crisis in the server, having from a starting budget of $12000 to an amount of $460. This marks a mysterious decline in his cash, straining his life in the server. The administration started looking into the situation, and asks for him to be patient. The results would be announced shortly.

1. Mysterious House Found!
          A mysterious house, which had been discovered first by houseofghost yesterday, had been discovered once more. The house is located underground, near a lava source. After the rediscovery, the player had notified authorities. The owner of the house was unable to be identified, claiming land that is unauthorized by the administration, escaping taxation and rental charges. The house is currently condemned and being confiscated by the authorities. The investigation of the house revealed that the house was furnished with only 2 chairs and a table. The house is currently sealed for further investigations. The house was to be demolished in a period of 2 weeks if the current owner does not claim the house. The mysterious house now remains a mystery... Who was the Owner? being an essential question to the public. Investigations will continue, but no comments were given by authorities.

2. Theft in Local Spa
         Players were sent asking questions when a local spa had it's first theft. Property owner, falconhy111 claimed that the redstone torches which had played a role in the circuitry had been stolen. Inspection of the property had revealed that 3 redstone torches and a piston had been stolen. The disappearance of the objects had lead to the second court case of Neon Advent 3.0. The suspect , myap2328 was represented by lawyer swat_960723 and falconhy111 refused a lawyer. The suspect had been found in the scene of the crime when falconhy111 was serving to player Sappii. They were accompanied by phangwl. All witnesses claimed that myap2328 had been at the scene of the crime. However, the judgement of release by the lawyers had been thought of by the administration. But this had not lead to the freedom of player myap2328. Myap2328 had been sentenced for a third assault after being issued 2 warnings in the past , Suspect myap2328 had been imprisoned for 120 seconds in Neon Advent 3.0 Server Wide Penetentiary, and a compensation of $500 to the victim phangwl.

3. Stash of TNT discovered.
        The newly appointed Server security task force ( NEON ADVENT MONSTER HUNTING GUILD) had been busy busting crime. One shocking story includes the discovery of Explosives Underground. The underground cache contained 29 explosives (TNT), which alarmed server authorities. The underground cache had been disarmed by the guild, proving their efficiency in their task. The underground cache was located in a cave which happened to be one of the branches of a whole network of caves. The caves had  been proven to have been a former mine, with torches on the wall and signs of mining. The discovery of this cache had been an alarming incident and threatens the safety of players in the game. The Guild had been appointed to detect and disarm any remaining TNT caches present. However, no other caches were to be found. The TNTs have been disposed of.

1. Carpenter and Woodworks introduced in Neon Advent 3.0
         Server Op, swat_960723 had established a new lumber mill, providing wood or wooden products to all players in the server. The choice was made by the owner to establish the woodwork after deciding to contribute to the server's economic growth and lack of manpower in the server. This had caused a great hassle to the server due to shortage of supplies, and woodwork would be a step in solving this exact issue. The carpenter is however low in tools, limiting progress and the output of the lumber mill.

2. Expedition to the Nether
          Player falconhy111 and swat_960723 once again ventured deep into the bowels of the Nether, challenging themselves to the limit. After braving the temperature once again, players managed to gather Netherrack and soul sand. That's not all, the expedition had opened up a new route for all players to get the opportunity to utilize lava. A path to the lava pool had not yet been established, however this would serve a great purpose in the future. Using buckets, players would be able to collect and use the lava to operate furnaces, lasting 12.5 times longer than an average charcoal which is 200 times more efficient than sticks. Player falconhy111 had been trying to establish a safehouse in the nether, construction is underway but not completed. It is estimated the Safe House would be completed by tomorrow or the day after. More updates tomorrow.


3. Selling ONCE AGAIN!
         Players in the server, after struggling for many days, had finally started selling products. This improvement happened once the players learnt about the ability to sell stuff to the server. However, this is not the only opportunity. Players including Jake and Shaun had gone to mining expeditions, exploiting every single ores in the cave. Players had now established a stable stepping stone in the growth of their financial status. Best hopes of the future that this continues.

4. England New Housing District.
          Player Natalie1998, long and sole creator of the region of England in the server, had introduced today his plans for a new housing district in the region. According to the Builder of the District, it is estimated the housing district would be completed in 11 days or longer. Registration is available now, and opened to the public. The District, according to "The Financial Times", is called District 14. Each house is 16 by 16, split into the living room and kitchen on the first floor, also a ladder leading up to the second floor which consists of 2 bedrooms. The starting price of the bid is $100, but taxation by the administration had not been considered yet. The developer will currently construct about 10 houses, due to the early phase of the project and considering the amount of players in the server. 5. Mysterious Mansion found Underground?
          Player houseofghost had unknowingly discovered a mansion underground, or so he claims. The player reported to have spotted the mysterious mansion, however he had fled from the mansion as it's builder was not able to be unidentified. When authorities arrived to recheck the underground area, it was no where to be found. The player was asked to retrace his steps back but was unable to do it. Would this mysterious mansion be real? Who owns it? Who built it? Why did he built it undeground? Answers we might never know, but authorities would scout the area for more information. If you have more information, please contact swat_960723 or Nikorasu_Chan, rewards would be given out for useful information.

6. Food Shortage Crisis
             As player Olivia (SAPPII) had not connected in the server, players in the server suffered severe hunger and died of starvation. This epidemic had been a crisis among the players as falconhy111 was the only other alternative but however disconnected earlier. Player Sappii's absence from the server which played a major role in the food industry in the server  had caused death rates and hunger rates to increase to a drastic state that it would be a total emergency if she doesn't connect soon.

1. Construction of S.S Neon
          Construction of S.S Neon is nearing completion of almost 80% progress. The freighter/ cruiser had been in construction since Monday, almost a 2 day work in progress. The ship was originally gifted to the monster hunter guild of Neon Advent, however it was rejected the offer. Now, it is being used by the administration, however no comments by the faction of what the intention is. The ship is currently docked outside of Neon Advent 3.0's train station, far west of the central area. Although reports say that the ship would not be in use for traveling or transportation.

2. Expedition to the Nether
         Players houseofghost, swat_960723, and amirueki took a trip into the Nether today , venturing further than any other player attempted to. All players were heavily armored and armed to face with Nether monster. Players describe the trip to being "As hot as FIRE AND LAVA combined" . According to description, players braved the rough temperature and terrain,  fighting monsters. Monsters include zombie pigmen and blaze. Player amirueki had also been slain once by zombie pigmen. Although, the trip is priceless as players managed to gather resources such as blaze rods, netheracks and much more.


3. New Economic Plans
        Admin (Nikorasu_Chan) introduced a completely innovative economic plan that is so far the first of any minecraft servers. The economic plan includes the buying and selling of shares,  shares of businesses by all players are up in the market. The new economic plan has been thought to be able to drive the economic experience and financial handling skills of players in the game. The selling and buying of shares allows players to invest and also get an early introduction into the share market. 4. Yukumo Village
         The village which is located due North East of Neon Central, had gotten its new name today. After a discussion from several players, the deciding committee had decided to name the village Yukumo Village. Neon Advent Monster Hunting Guild which now sits on Yukumo village, had pledge to protect the village. During the night, the members of the MHG had been seen hunting down monsters and defending the village from creepers ,zombies, enderman and also skeletons. Although the guild had only started its 3rd day, they have seen much progress and had gotten the attention of the administration. "Keep it going" says an anonymous source, giving encouragement to the guild.

5. Neon Advent Monster Hunting Guild HQ
         Please take note that the  Neon Advent Monster Hunting Guild HQ had been established at the top of the apartment. This is the first branch of the Monster Hunting Guild. So, leave your requests and they would be approved by the Leader of the Guild.

1. The new economic plan which include the selling and buying of shares of businesses promises a bright future for the server-wide economy status. Although the system had been introduced, the Admin had not given a complete and explicit instruction on the system. However, the value of businesses had been tallied and the system is ready to kick off once the players receive instructions.

2. Cocoa beans are now at a steady rise as suppliers ceased to supply markets with cocoa beans. However the demand for cocoa bean had not risen, making the growth of the price very slowly. So, for all the cocoa bean dealers out there, do not expect a quick rise in the market value.

3. Arms dealing policies have been loosened in the server, sending the price of TNT's to crash and burn. From a price of $10000 to a bedrock price of $1000, the new policy allows TNT's to be affordable among players. This might also endanger the safety of players if TNT's were sold to the wrong hands, however authorities would take an effort to contain and protect the safety of players.

1. Price Market
- The price market for Neon Advent 3.0 had been completed earlier today by swat_960723 and Nikorasu_Chan. The price market is a normal looking brick infrastructure. Following the introduction of the economic system by admin Nikorasu_Chan to the server, this infrastructure will make it easy for players to fit in to the system. The building displays the price for almost every type of blocks available. The price may vary from time to time, therefore, all players might have to take reference from the price market.

2. Mysterious Fire
 -  Fires that burns in the server had been spotted near the Central Complex and the Price Market. These fires had been spotted earlier yesterday. The cause of this fires remains a mystery for all players. However, theories stated by player houseofghost " Lightning from 2 minecraft days ago".

3. Neon Advent's First Blacksmith
- Neon Advent celebrates as the first blacksmith had been introduced to Neon Advent 3.0. The very first blacksmith had been hired by the administration to carry out crafting activities. Player 'NakajimaSeiki' had been hired by the administration to be the server's first blacksmith after the request from ProGamerX96 for the shortage of tools / weapons and armor. Now the blacksmith would be available for service as of yesterday. The blacksmith owns a workshop beside farms that are located in front of the apartment. However, supplies of ores and stones are needed to further continue the blacksmith, therefore the administration are looking out for miners who are interested in the position.

4. S.S Monster Hunter
 - A small freighter had set anchor just outside of Neon Advent Train Station. The freighter had been completed by builder swat_960723 as a tribute to the server's first official society. The freighter had been offered to the "Monster Hunter NA 3.0 Guild", who currently owns a small headquarters in a village far from the central area. Therefore, the freighter would server as the first branch for the Monster Hunter guild. Acceptance of the gift is still pending due to the absence of the guild's leader.

5. Crime Rates
 - Crime rates are still at low as plugins that allowed the locking of chests and doors are introduced.  As always, the server will remain a safe and fair environment for all players.

1. Neon Advent 3.0 Server Wide Penitentiary .
   - The NASWP had finished completion following the order of the administration. This small jail  is the server's 2nd infrastructure for the purpose of crime management. This small jail building is a medium sized infrastructure, with 2 guard towers and 5 jail cells for housing inmates separately. A small prison is needed due to low crime rates, promising not more than 2 prisoners at a time. The order of the building of the prison had come right after the first day of the Survival Mode launching of Neon Advent 3.0, where the first murder and several theft had been reported. A whole system was introduced today by Admin ( Nikorasu_Chan ) for this sole purpose.

2. Hunter's Guild
  -  A new guild had formed at the Village of Hunter's today at the server. The area although far away from the central town, it promises rapid development in the village. The little village had it's first Monster Hunter NA 3.0 Guild after the completion of it's headquarters by falconhy111 and houseofghost. The building is location on a river near the village. The monster hunter group had a warm welcome for the management, although officiating their group hadn't been done yet. The management sponsored supplies for the rapid development of the guild. So shout out for all the hunters in the server, come and join their guild now.

3. Price Market
 - The administration had promised the building of a price market near the Avenue. This incident was following the economic drive by players yesterday, monopolizing the server's economy. The Price Market promises further development of the server's economic system. Date of completion may not be known yet, but it would be completed soon enough.

4. Castle Battle 2.0
 - The new Castle Battle map would commence production once the update for Voxel Sniper arrives. Builder swat_960723 apologizes for any inconvenience caused. This map promises much more fun and thrill compared to the last Castle Battle map. Creator swat_960723 would not give any comments on the new updates, stay updated for more info for Castle Battle 2.0.

5. Crime Rates
 - Local law offenders took a rest today as crime rates crawl to a startling 0, the management is pleased with the results but is not going to stop improving the server's law enforcement. Theft and Murder cases of NA3.0 had been a starting point of the server's struggle with crime rates.  Server admin Nikorasu_Chan reported " Crime rates are pretty less, no crime committed". This assures the safety of players in NA3.0 to have a fair and safe environment.

1. Skeletons had a close call when creepers stormed down the field, raising hell for the skeletons. The Creepers had a devastating lost at a game of Deathmatch, defeated by the skeletons by 2 points. Creepers blamed the skeletons to have long range weapons (bows), however the skeleton leader justified that the creeper had better destructive power.
2. A star enderman athlete had lost it's ability to teleport, after a blow in the head by the Zombies yesterday, the athlete demanded compensation however was given this response : "GROWLLL".

1. The administration of the server had introduced new systems to further improve the server
2. Theft on the server had gotten the attention of the administration, steps will be taken to improve this issue.
3. The murder case of Isaac had been brought up as neon Advent first murder case, this highlighted issue had brought up the need of a court.

4. The administration had approved the construction of the official court , the completion of the court had marked the server's first attempt to ride out crime from the server. The court had been completedin a sport time proving the efficiency of local builders, shout out for player falcon.
5. Following the completion of the court, the administration had approved the construction of an official jail to imprison server criminals, a full system had been introduced for jailing by the admin.
6. Crimes rates were a shocking issue yesterday as local businesses and dealers were robbed and their merchandises were found to have been missing, more updates tomorrow..
The new economic system introduced by the server had encouraged opportunity seekers to gain experience in the world of business.
7. The new economic system brought to players a new economic drive, bringing Neon Dollar up by 2 points.
8. Security in the apartment had been increased to protect residents from monsters,fulfilling the managements promise of a safe living environment.
